This Blog (of sorts).

Sometimes you can’t help yourself and instead of imposing yourself on friends, strangers and your neurotic cats, you do them all a favour and start blogging again. But this won’t be a blog in the ‘traditional’ sense (according to Shirky) in that it won’t be daily, and most likely will only be interesting to me. And maybe one of my cats.

Ideally online entries will be coherent, focused and even be thought provoking, but realistically they will be something of a sneeze of thoughts, expelled from me in having absorbed hundreds (perhaps even thousands) of links, news articles and blog posts - just this morning. I need somewhere to create a notebook of sorts, and perhaps the content could attract discussion and debate with people I’ve not yet met, along with those that I have.

It seems like it will take me the best part of the rest of the year to bring out the new Guide, and so in the mean time there’s plenty to rant on and observe. I’ll most likely redesign the site - naturally.
